Raphael is a practising attorney of the High Court of South Africa and non-practising solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales and has in excess of 14 years’ post qualification experience. He worked as both external counsel for various large and prominent corporate law firms and as an in-house lawyer for large international corporates. In addition to advising small and large listed corporates on various corporate law, tax and mergers and acquisitions transactions, he has also been extensively involved in advising financiers, sponsors, EPC and O&M Contractors and major subcontractors on energy and infrastructure projects on a global scale.
